Proposal Assistance- Assistance in developing the Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) for your proposal. Review of your proposals by either Red Teaming a proposal you have developed or evaluating proposals submitted to you. It is often useful to have an outside set of eyes review.

Organizational Process Change – Assistance in developing or changing your Project Management processes and procedures. Changing the way an organization does business is a daunting task and outside help can make the transition easier.

Education - Classes, tutoring and coaching. This can involve an overview of Project Management or tailored instruction on a specific topic.
